Initiate Your Return
Log into your ZO Skin Health account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
